The Raiffeisen Montafon Arlberg Marathon, arguably the most beautiful mountain marathon in the Alps, will take place on June 29, 2024, and promises athletic excellence set against a breathtaking mountain backdrop. The route leads from St. Anton am Arlberg over the Winterjöchle at an altitude of 1,935 meters to the Montafon community of Silbertal, crossing the borders between Vorarlberg and Tyrol. On idyllic forest and alpine paths, far from traffic, runners will experience a unique course through the Natura 2000 area of Verwall. The marathon also offers various distances for beginners, hikers, and children, ensuring there's something for everyone.
