The 4th MidSummerRun for the summer solstice took place on June 27, 2025, under the leadership of Bundesliga referee Patrick Ittrich and offered runners the choice between 5 km and 10 km through the beautiful Alstertal. Children could also compete over 999 meters and were thrilled by the patron of the event. Organized by Lauftreff Alstertal e.V., the event is conducted according to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on sustainability, resource conservation, and environmental protection. Participants enjoyed wooden medals, regional refreshments, and ecological toilets, while 50 cents from each registration were donated to the organization "NORDLICHT E.V."
