Melsunger Adventslauf Rund um die Koppe

The Melsungen Advent Run is a traditional running event held annually on the second Sunday of Advent in Melsungen. It offers various distances from 1.2 km, 1.6 km, 5 km to 10 km, with the 10 km course consisting of two laps of the 5 km route. The race attracts runners of all ages and provides a family-friendly atmosphere with special appreciation for children and hobby runners. The event is organized by the running club of the Melsungen Gymnastics Club 1861 e.V. and is a regular feature of the North Hesse popular race calendar.

Results and certificates are provided via My Race Result. The event takes place annually on the second Sunday of Advent. Children receive a small reward (e.g., chocolate waffles) at the finish area and a medal and certificate at the award ceremony. The event is organized by the MT Melsungen / Department of All Sports / Running Club team.
