For many years, the Ultra Sport Club Marburg has offered runners the opportunity to run through the mid-Hessian city and along the Lahn into the night during the summer. The night marathon has now developed into the largest running event in the region. For those who find the classic distance (still) too long, there is also the option to tackle the half distance. In addition, there is a relay marathon, where up to four participants each complete segments of about ten kilometers. The start for everyone is held in a festive atmosphere at 7 PM in the historic marketplace.
