The LüneLauf - Move for Planet will take place on May 9, 2025, at 6 PM at the Ochtmisser Sports Club in Ochtmissen and is a decentralized charity run as part of the Lions event "Move for the Planet." The goal is to motivate thousands of people to take action for greater sustainability. New this year is a children's run at 5:30 PM for children born in 2014 or later. The LüneLauf offers a running course of 6.2 km for youth and adults, as well as a walking course over the same distance.
Highlights
- Last year, 650 participants took part, and 15,000 euros were raised for environmental projects.
- The entry fee (€5 for youth; €10 for adults) is donated 100% to one of the two selected environmental projects.
- In addition to the main race, a children's race over 1,000 meters is offered to encourage the youngest participants to take part.
