Losheimer Trailfest

The Losheimer Trailfest on June 27 and 28, 2026 offers a diverse trail running experience in the premium hiking region Saar-Hunsrück-Hochwald. Participants can expect spectacular trails with bizarre rocks, winding streams, bogs, and romantic stream valleys. The ultra distances have been expanded: the T 60 has become the T 100 with 100 kilometers, and the T 45 has become the T 50 with 50 kilometers, both looping around the Saarschleife. There is a Youth Trail suitable for young runners, and with the T Ch Challenge, runners can experience various routes over two days. The event area at Losheimer Seegarten invites to relax and celebrate.

Shuttle bus service on Saturday from 08:30 AM from Losheim to the start line in Mettlach for T 50 and T Ch. Mandatory equipment for T 100 includes a headlamp with spare batteries, personal cup, mobile phone with emergency number, rain gear, and a survival blanket. Catering at several stations with water, isotonic drinks, fruit, snacks, and regional specialties. Massage service in the afternoon for long-distance runners. Pasta party on Friday evening (€10) available upon registration. Dogs are allowed in the event area at Seegarten but not in the beach bath. KidsRun is a short loop on the event grounds.
