The Lengerich Mountain Trail Ultra takes you through the picturesque Tecklenburger Land and offers a unique running experience on Uwe's training routes. Participants start at their own risk with a time limit of 9 hours, with self-supply provided through "trunk catering." The loop course consists of two laps of 23 km each, with 475 meters of elevation gain, passing by impressive landscapes such as the turquoise canyon and the historic water castle "Haus Marck."
Highlights
- The start and finish are located near the 60-meter-high Gempt Tower, which is visible from afar.
- An unmanned aid station at around 12 km of the loop offers drinks and snacks, which has always remained untouched until now.
