Race description
The Fühlinger See Run is a traditional road race in Cologne, taking place on September 20, 2026. The event offers a wide range of distances including half marathon, 10 km, 5 km, and a 1 km children's run, catering to runners of all ages. The courses run around the rowing regatta course used in the 1998 World Rowing Championships and are officially measured by the German Athletics Association (DLV), enabling record-eligible performances. The race is an ideal preparation for the Generali Cologne Marathon and is characterized by a family-friendly atmosphere, attractive medals, and prizes for age groups.

Additional information
Timing is done with a disposable transponder embedded in the bib, included in the registration fee. Late registrations are possible online up to 30 minutes before the start (adults 5 €, children/youth free). Race packets will be distributed on the event day from 08:45 at the boathouse at Fühlinger See. Changing rooms and showers are available at the boathouse. Prizes are awarded to the top three in each age group, and attractive medals are given to the top three finishers in each race. The courses are officially measured and certified by the DLV. Start times begin at 09:30. Free parking, changing facilities, and showers are available at the Fühlinger See boathouse. There will be music and food on site.
