With a total of 620 registered participants, the Künzelsau City Run set a new record in its 12th edition. In optimal running weather, many children gathered in the morning with their parents and acquaintances to tackle the various courses. The event took place for the first time at the Heinz-Ziehl Sports Park, which offered numerous advantages to the participants. The feedback from the participants was overwhelmingly positive, and the organizers hope that all running enthusiasts will firmly add the Künzelsau City Run to their running calendars in the future.
Highlights
- More than 400 children and teenagers were registered for the various distances.
- Christian Muth secured victory in the men's main race with a time of 34:38 minutes.
- The course is entirely on asphalt, has no significant elevation changes, and is very fast.
