On July 5, 2025, the 11th Kondelwaldlauf around Bengel and Springiersbach will take place. All preparations are complete, and we are at the starting blocks. The race includes various distances, including the Bambini run, children's run, youth run, as well as Nordic walking/walking, a fun run, and the 10KM main race. Late registrations are possible up to one hour before each race, and we ask all residents for their understanding regarding short-term closures during the event.
Highlights
- We start on Saturday at 3:30 PM with the Bambini run, followed by the children's and youth race.
- At 4:45 PM, we will head to the 5KM course of the fun run.
- At 6 PM, the main 10KM race will start, where Oliver Ewen from PST Trier has set course records.
