This year we are offering two courses: – 13 km from the Abbey of Varensell to the Monastery of Wiedenbrück, featuring partly new routing. – 5 km turnaround course along the Ems with the start and finish at the Monastery of Wiedenbrück. The joy of running and the spirit of sportsmanship are the focus. And of course, there will once again be the popular After-Run Party in the summery monastery garden. It will also be an atmospheric experience for all spectators!
