The 42nd Karl-Krull Memorial Run will take place on Sunday, July 27, 2025, in Steinhagen and is organized by SV Steinhagen. The event includes various distances and age categories: 2 km for M/W U10-U14, 5 km for M/W U16-U20 as well as for M70+ and W60+, and 10 km for M20 to M65 and W20 to W55. There are also competitions outside of the running cup ranking, including 2 km for age group U10, 5 km for age group U14, and 10 km for age group U18.

Highlights

  • The fast course attracted many runners to Steinhagen, although the warm temperatures in the early morning posed a challenge.
  • In the youngest category, Malte Bernecker secured victory in the 2 km race for the U10 age group, which also meant second place overall.
  • Nele Mommert and Vivien Schuldt celebrated a double victory in the W20 category and also secured 6th and 7th places in the overall standings.
