The 14th Kapellenlauf Vorra took place on August 3, 2025, and was a fantastic running festival with around 400 participants divided into 6 competitions. The course stretches over 5.5 km and leads through a challenging wooded landscape, past a lake and various chapels. Mathias Händel (Team Wiesent-Challenge) achieved the fastest time with 21:20 minutes, while Anna Gonnert from the Zabelstein Runners finished as the fastest woman in 24:21 minutes. Particularly encouraging was the turnout among the Bambini with nearly 80 registrations.
