Int. Schwarzwald-Marathon

The Black Forest Marathon in Bräunlingen is a traditional race that has been held annually since 1968 and is known as the world's oldest nature and women's marathon. The course mainly runs over well-maintained forest paths and offers a varied natural experience with a gentle incline up to kilometer 21 and a slight descent afterward. In addition to the classic marathon, there is also a relay marathon, half marathon, 10 km runs, Nordic walking, and other races for different age groups. The event is ideal for runners who want to combine nature and sporting challenge.

Late registrations are possible on October 10, 2026, from 12:00 to 18:00 and on October 11, 2026, from 07:00 until 60 minutes before the start at the town hall. The bib numbers are color-coded for better distinction of disciplines. No transfer is offered by the organizer for the relay marathon. Various race disciplines, on-site registration possible, bibs color-coded, program schedule may change at short notice.
