After the Corona break, the Idstein City Run started again on May 19. This year, participants from the Idstein Tennis Club were once again involved. As in previous years, there were 3 distances (1 km, 2.3 km, and 5 km) where children, teenagers, and adults could showcase their fitness and joy of running. The event created a great atmosphere and concluded with a celebration at the Idstein Wine Festival.
Highlights
- The 11th Idstein City Run recorded a new participant record with exactly 1451 runners.
- The runners completed the routes through Weiherwiese, Borngasse, and all the way out to the pony farm.
- The award ceremony took place in front of the town hall, as it had in previous years.
