On August 22, 2025, the Ibbenbüren Aasee Run will take place for the 40th time at the Sports Center East. Races are expected for preschool children aged 2 to 6, elementary school children aged 6 to 10, the fun run, and the team run over 5 kilometers, as well as the main race over 10 kilometers. With the goal of filling 1,000 starting spots through pre-registrations, early registration is requested, as no late registrations will be possible on the day of the event. For each registration, €1 will be donated to a charitable organization.
Highlights
- Races for preschool children aged 2 to 6, elementary school children aged 6 to 10, on the 5-kilometer course of the fun run, the introductory run for beginners, and the team run for companies, clubs, friends, and of course our 10-kilometer main race.
- Registration for the Ibbenbüren Aasee Run is open until August 15, 2025, or until the participant limit of 1,000 runners is reached.
- On the day of the event, late registrations are possible from 3:00 PM until 1 hour before the start.
