On August 28, 2026, the 41st Ibbenbüren Aasee Run will take place at the Sports Center East in Ibbenbüren. After a successful anniversary year with 844 finishers, we are excited to offer another event for all sports enthusiasts. Participants can look forward to various distances: from the kindergarten children's runs to the 5 km fun run and team relay, up to the 10 km main race. The event is limited to 1,000 participants, with the children's and school runs not counting towards this limit.
Highlights
- Online registration starts on March 28, 2026, and no late registrations will be possible on the event day once the race is fully booked.
- The KITA-KIDS-DINO-RUN for children aged 2 to 6 years includes a distance of 400 meters, while the ELEMENTARY SCHOOL KIDS RUN for children aged 6 to 10 years consists of two laps around the track (800 meters).
- The 10-km main race takes participants around the Aasee three times and offers three hydration stations along the route.
