Hardtwaldlauf 2026

The Hardtwaldlauf in Karlsruhe is a traditional race event taking place on June 28, 2026, for the 40th time. Offered are races over 5 km and 10 km, running through the Hardtwald forest and suitable for both recreational runners and ambitious athletes. The event features professional timing with disposable transponders and a friendly atmosphere with certificates and prizes for various age groups. The race bibs are distributed on the day of the event from 7:30 a.m., and changing and shower facilities are available on-site.

Late registrations are possible online until half an hour before the respective start, with a late registration fee of €2.00 per start. Parking is available along Adenauerring and at Klosterweg, but not at the large Birken parking lot opposite the BBBank Wildpark. Changing and shower facilities are available at MTV Karlsruhe. Certificates can be printed online. There are special prizes for the top three women and men in the 10 km race, as well as material prizes and certificates for age groups and the five fastest women and men in the 5 km race. The race begins and ends on the MTV grounds, with parking nearby. Participant information and results are available online, and the event is part of the Karlsruhe running calendar.
