The idea for the HARDTrun originated in early 2022 from the cancellation of another race, where triathlete and member of TSV 1895 Oftersheim, Dirk Oswald, wanted to improve his personal best time in the 10 km. In a conversation with the club's officials, the idea was born to establish a regional and annual fun run. The HardtRun of TSV 1895 Oftersheim will take place on Saturday, May 11, 2024, and offers various competitions, including a 10 km run, a 5 km run, and a KidsRUN over 1 km for children under 12 years old. The flat courses will take participants along forest paths and paved roads, providing refreshment stations as well as a diverse selection of food and drinks.
