The Hannover Backyard Ultra is a very special long-distance race, where it’s not about speed but rather about endurance. The participating runners complete a 6.706 km loop repeatedly, with exactly one hour to do so. Each round starts on the hour, and the goal is to last as long as possible, as the winner will be the one who completes the last lap as the only runner within the hour. The race is scheduled to take place on August 8, 2026, at 10 AM in Hannover Herrenhausen at SV Odin An der Graft.
