The 53rd International Hagen Volkslauf 2023 will take place on Thursday, May 18, 2023, in Hagen-Emst and is organized by SC Concordia Hagen 1967 e.V. The 10 km race route features approximately 240 meters of elevation gain through the foothills of the beautiful Teutoburg Forest and is one of the most challenging races in the Osnabrück district. This cross-country race is aimed at experienced and trained runners, while a 5 km route is also available for all age groups, as well as a 2.5 km short course.
