The 87th Friedeholz Cross powered by STOOKER BRANDS will take place on November 30, 2025, in Syke. The event features challenging courses that lead through the Wolfsschlucht and finish with a long, gradual ascent at the forest stadium. Participants in various age categories can cover distances ranging from 1.3 km to 10.3 km, with the routes exclusively on forest paths. The cross-country run traditionally kicks off the cross season in the Diepholz district and attracts numerous runners.
