An evening run in November on a Finnish track, with a great atmosphere and a backdrop illuminated by lights: this is the Finnensturm. The LAC Veltins Hochsauerland offers the perfect November competition for young and old with this event. Every year, this unique event attracts several hundred runners. The Finnish track in the Sports and Sole Park "Große Wiese" is 2.50 meters wide and exactly 1,000 meters long, allowing for joint-friendly running on its soft, springy surface.
Highlights
- The Finnish track runs continuously independent of the rest of the trail system and is illuminated from 5:00 AM in the morning and during the evening hours until 11:00 PM.
