Race description
The EWE North Sea Run is a traditional stage race across seven different East Frisian islands along the North Sea coast of Lower Saxony. The 4th stage takes place on June 24, 2026, on the island of Juist, which is 17 kilometers long and the longest of the islands, impressing with its dunes and the Juist water tower. Start and finish are located at the spa square, and the event offers runners and walkers a unique running experience amidst nature and the sea. The bib number is valid for all stages and is issued with an integrated chip for timing.

Bib number distribution from 10:00 to 12:00 at the House of the Spa Guest. Sports bag storage from 11:30 to 14:30 at the House of the Spa Guest. Changing rooms and showers at the seawater adventure pool. Toilets at the National Park House and the Town Hall. Award ceremony at 15:00 at the spa square. Bib number with integrated chip for timing, valid for all stages and to be kept or discarded after the last stage. Stage race across seven islands, approximately 10 km per stage, registration full, no waiting list, limited participant number due to infrastructure, start and finish at the spa square, start at 12:30, award ceremony at 15:00.
