Race description
The 31st Esenser City Run, held as the 6th Esenser Volksbank Run, takes place on Friday, July 31, 2026, in Esens. The traditional race "Around St. Magnus" offers exciting competitions for runners of all ages in the city center. The event begins with the Bambini race over 670 meters, followed by school runs over 1340 meters. For adults, there are competitions over five and ten kilometers, which start simultaneously. The award ceremonies take place immediately after the races.
