The LuT Cross Run 2024 is part of the 18th Cross Cup Energy Supply Main-Spessart and includes various distances, including the short loop of approximately 550m, the long loop of approximately 1600m, as well as longer distances of approximately 3200m and 8000m. The event features competitions for students, youth, and adults and takes place on forest trails, with the use of spikes permitted.
