The 46th Elsterlauf will take place on May 31, 2026, in the spa town of Bad Liebenwerda and is organized by the SG Medizin Bad Liebenwerda Running and Walking Club 05 Bad Liebenwerda e.V. The event is a highlight for all running enthusiasts and offers various distances, including a 400 m children's run, a 2 km family and introductory run, a 5.7 km health run, an 11 km Sparkasse Elbe-Elster run, a 21.1 km mineral springs half marathon, approximately 30 km of leisure and media center Rainbow, as well as 22.5 km of walking and hiking. Participants can look forward to a well-marked course that leads through picturesque landscapes and offers numerous refreshment stations.
Highlights
- Registration must be completed in advance by May 28, 2026, at 10:00 PM, via baer-service.de.
- On May 30, 2026, late registrations and the distribution of race materials can take place at the elementary school center from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, as well as on May 31, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
- Participants receive a finisher medal and a certificate at the finish line, and there are awards for age categories as well as for corporate and club rankings.
