The Eisenberger Mühltallauf, starting and finishing at the Froschmühle, has been one of the first important races of the new year for many years and thus provides a good opportunity for athletes to compare their performance after winter training in the indoor season. The course covers 15 km through the entire Mühltal, with turnaround points in Weißenborn and Kursdorf. Additionally, 5 km and 3 km courses are offered for beginners and novice runners, which lead from the Froschmühle to the turnaround points towards Kursdorf and back.
