The Dülmener Water Run is organized by TSG Dülmen in cooperation with the Emschergenossenschaft and the Lippeverband. The event was initiated as part of the project "Tracking Contaminants in Dülmen" (DSADS) to raise awareness about the responsible use of medications and to reduce the contamination of water with pharmaceutical residues.
