Duinger Berglauf

The Duinger Mountain Run takes place on September 19, 2026, in Duingen, Lower Saxony, and offers races for children and adults. The event starts and ends at the OBS sports hall and includes short children's races as well as more challenging 5 km and 10 km mountain runs with approximately 110 meters of elevation gain. Organized by the Duinger Sports Club e.V., the race has been an accessible local mountain running event for 19 years. After the race, all participants receive free access to the indoor pool and sauna, with changing rooms, showers, and on-site catering.

Late registration is possible up to one hour before the start. Free access to the indoor pool and sauna after the race. Changing rooms, showers, food, and drinks available on-site. No club membership required. Various distances, including children's and adult categories; registration possible until shortly before the race; post-race amenities include indoor pool and sauna.
