The Diez City Run has been one of the most popular running events in the Rhein-Lahn-Kreis for over a decade, attracting health-conscious and sports enthusiasts alike. On September 29, 2024, participants can compete on distances ranging from 400 meters to 10 kilometers, including a relay race with 5 people per team. The well-marked courses take runners through the historic old town along the Lahn and finish at the Diez marketplace. The flat and officially measured routes are eligible for ranking and provide an excellent opportunity to achieve personal best times.
