The big cross-country running party celebrating 40 years of the Darmstadt Cross and the German Cross Championships will take place on November 29/30, 2025, and is entering the "hot" preparation phase. Participation in the championship competitions is only possible through the respective state associations, while the events Community Cross (4.5 km), Schüler-Challenge (1.5 km), and Speed Cross (0.8 km) are accessible via an external online registration portal. The registration deadline is November 23, and late registrations are possible for an additional fee on the event days.
Highlights
- In separate races, both licensed drivers and hobby drivers without a license are eligible to compete.
- The race takes place on a circuit through and around the velodrome in Darmstadt.
- From mid-October to mid-December, there are training races every Wednesday on a cross course at the cycling track, known as the Cross Training World Championship.
