The Bocholter City Run is THE event for atmosphere in the western Münsterland. For more than two decades, this running spectacle has attracted over 4,000 runners and tens of thousands of spectators to the course each year. On the 2.5 km loop through the city center of Bocholt, participants are energized by numerous moderators, DJs, and bands, ensuring that alongside the athletic performance, the fun is never lacking. The event features various distances, including a 2.5 km student race, a 5 km Bocholt school run, a 5 km fun run, and a 10 km popular run.
