The Belchen Mountain Run covers 11.4 kilometers from the Schönau Town Hall to the Belchenhaus and challenges runners with an elevation gain of 824 meters. The course runs 80 percent through open terrain with picturesque pastures that offer breathtaking views of the Black Forest all the way to the Alps. This year, 171 runners participated, with Lukas Borghardt winning the men's category with a time of 50:27, while Tanjy Saretzki triumphed in the women's category with a time of 1:07:31. All running enthusiasts are warmly invited to take part in this unique competition.
