Barumer Stick and Stone Run

The Barumer Stick and Stone Run is a challenging obstacle race taking place on August 22, 2026, at the Barumer Waldstadion and the surrounding wooded, hilly landscape of the Lüneburger Heide. The course runs over sandy, muddy, and partly overgrown paths with water obstacles such as ditches and a village pond. The event offers runners a varied challenge in a natural environment and is suitable for individual participants as well as groups. Participants receive a medal and refreshments at the finish area.

Individual start times between 2 PM and 4 PM, communicated to participants via email by August 21, 2026. Start and finish are at the Barumer Waldstadion. There is a group discount offer for groups of 10 or more runners, where every 5th runner runs for free. Race documents will be issued 30 minutes before the start at the race office. There is a washing station on site and drinks and snacks in the finish area for refreshment. The race takes place at the Barumer Waldstadion and is suitable for all performance levels. There are also training plans and a family-friendly atmosphere that emphasizes fun in obstacle racing.
