The Barigauer Tower Run will take place on July 12, 2026, organized by SV Thuringia Königsee e.V. in collaboration with the city of Königsee. The meeting point as well as the start and finish are located at the Barigauer Tower in Königsee OT Oberhain. Bib number distribution will take place from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM, followed by various starts: at 10:00 AM the children's/youth run and at 10:20 AM the main race/Nordic walking. All participants will receive a medal, and there will be trophies for the overall winners in the various categories.
Highlights
- The course for the main race is 10.2 km with an elevation gain of 310 meters.
- After the races, the awards ceremony and a social gathering will take place.
- Shorter distances are offered for children and adolescents.
