The Bärenkopplauf is THE mountain/trail run in the region and offers a unique backdrop for all participants. The course covers challenging trails and spans 11 kilometers with 360 meters of elevation gain, providing breathtaking views. The Bärchenlauf is aimed at younger runners and includes several children's races (U6, U8, U10, U12), which also take place on Klosterberg. The event enjoys great popularity and attracts runners from all over Rhineland-Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia.
