On Sunday, October 4, 2026, it’s that time again. The seventh edition of our obstacle cross run in the municipality of Floh-Seligenthal is set to shake the Haderholz once more. With a mix of natural and artificial obstacles and a scenic course that goes over hill and dale, the event offers plenty of variety for young and old alike. Participants can look forward to numerous challenging and light-hearted challenges, true to our motto: BEAR RUN - GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION.
Highlights
- The starts take place in several start groups that can be selected during registration.
- Each participant receives a race number with a transponder for professional timing, as well as a starter bag with goodies.
- Participants can look forward to free photos of their run and a finisher medal at the finish line.
