On Saturday, November 23, 2024, the Augsburg AOK Winter Running Series continues with the 2nd race "North/South Loop." This event once again offers a great opportunity to compete athletically and be active in the wintry atmosphere of Augsburg. The race begins at 1:00 PM with the younger participants in the categories M/WJU16+14 and M/WKU12, who will cover a distance of approximately 2.8 kilometers. At 1:45 PM, the main race for adults and older youth categories (M/WJU20+18) will start on a challenging course of around 9.9 kilometers.
Highlights
- The running trails are located throughout hilly terrain in the beautiful western forests of Augsburg and require good fitness and health.
- The four-part AOK Winter Running Series, organized by TG Viktoria Augsburg since 1978, enjoys cult status among endurance athletes.
