In the beautiful Münsterland, the 5th Appelhülsener Landlauf on September 27, 2025, offers an unforgettable running and walking experience for young and old alike. The officially measured course combines Westphalian charm with rural idyll and a touch of fresh country air. During the event, participants can enjoy a diverse coffee and cake buffet, as well as a beverage stand and snacks to satisfy their appetites. For the athletes, there will be a refreshment station with water every 2.5 km, and in the finish area, participants will also be provided with non-alcoholic beer.

- The courses are approved by the DLV, and the 5 km and 10 km routes are officially measured and thus eligible for ranking lists.
