Imagine running through the historic streets of Halberstadt, past impressive half-timbered houses and over the characteristic cobblestones of the old town – this vision becomes reality at the Halberstadt Old Town Run. You can choose between different distances: 4.6 km or 9.3 km. The course consists of a roughly 2.3 km loop that mainly runs over cobblestones and water-bound paths. Additionally, there is a Bambini run over 800 m and a children's run over 1,600 m. Particularly noteworthy is the charitable aspect of the run: for every participant, €1 is donated for the preservation and restoration of the half-timbered old town of Halberstadt.
