We look forward to the 34th Allmendlauf on January 18, 2026. The course is an officially measured, flat route in the Teninger Allmend. The main race starts at 11:15 AM, and at the finish line, there will be free tea as well as a catering service offering stew, hot sausages, and pretzels. The winners will be honored in the Ludwig-Jahn-Halle, with students being awarded around 11:45 AM and the main race around 1:00 PM.
Highlights
- There are cash prizes for the overall winners in the main field, places 1-3 for both men and women, as well as natural prizes for the three fastest in each age group.
- The event takes place according to the regulations of the DLV, and training and good health are prerequisites.
- Late registrations are possible up to 60 minutes before the respective start.
