4. Eilenriedelauf

The 4th Eilenriedelauf will take place on May 31, 2026, in Hanover and is organized by the Hannover Runners e.V. It is a popular race through the southern Eilenriede, appealing to runners of all performance levels. The event is part of the Laufpass series and offers a family-friendly atmosphere with refreshments at the finish area. Volunteer helpers are warmly welcomed and are invited to a convivial gathering after the race.

After the race, all helpers are invited to a convivial gathering at the rugby club's beer garden. Donations of cakes for the finish area are requested, to be delivered by 10 a.m. on the event day. Registration is open until May 28. The race starts at the entrance of VfR 06 Döhren and includes a 5 km run, 5 km walk, and 10 km run, with chip timing.
