19. Muko-Spendenlauf Hannover

The 19th Muko-Charity Run Hannover is an inclusive race taking place on June 28, 2026, at the sports field of VfL Eintracht Hannover. The event is open to all age groups and performance levels, whether running, walking, or strolling, with or without disabilities. The goal is to raise funds for the House of Guardian Angels, a parent and patient hostel for cystic fibrosis families near the Medical University of Hannover. Each lap on the 400-meter gravel track is sponsored with one euro. The run promotes community and solidarity in the fight against cystic fibrosis.

The run takes place from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Each participant can run, walk, or stroll as many laps as they like. Sponsors pay one euro per lap or a fixed total amount. A donation receipt is issued for donations of 20 euros or more. Certificates are awarded after the run. An online donation tool will be available (activation pending). Hygiene rules must be observed, disinfectants are available on site. Running on a 400m gravel track, donations via sponsors, online donation tool, changing rooms and showers available, no dogs allowed, catering at the club restaurant, children's program, patronage by Tina Deeken.
