17. Klingenthal Salzkotten Marathon

The 17th Klingenthal Salzkotten Marathon offers a unique running weekend with an exhilarating atmosphere in the heart of Salzkotten. The courses lead through the town and the district of Verne, are officially measured, and provide a sporting experience at the highest level. In the shadow of the Salzkotten saline, runners will find a first-class refreshment area and a relaxed chillout zone. Start times vary depending on the distance: Marathon and half marathon start at 08:30, 10 km run at 10:30, 5 km run at 11:30, children's runs from 15:30 with different start times depending on age group. The courses are officially measured and meet international competition rules. On race day, local roads and side streets are closed from approximately 06:30 to 16:00.
